Downloadable Programs:

These programs have been carefully built and planned to be performed in the order they are listed. Sprinting is the highest order of physical activity. Meaning, you do not “sprint to get in shape” but rather, you must get in shape to sprint, and that is why you must perform these programs in this specific order: GPP, Ready-to-Run, Acceleration, Power, and Absolute Speed. Should you wish to have weights, those have been provided for you as well to perform in unison with the running phase you are in, (GPP Weights are to be done with GPP).
